Learn the skills of Improv as a performer and an artist, teaching you valuable life and work skills while giving you some laughs along the way. In this class, you will learn the basics of movement and voice through improv and theatre games. Learn how to position your body for maximum breath control and use your body effectively to tell a story.
Classes will be leveled and students will be placed by grade and availability.

Intro to Directing | Conservatory/ Public
Ever dream of being a director? Well, now is your chance! This class is designed to instruct students in the fundamentals of directing for the stage. Student directors will learn how to analyze a script, cast, block, and direct a scene or a short one-act play that will be presented for our end of class showcase. This course explores various directing techniques that emphasize not only the artistic approach but also rehearsal techniques, the nature of collaboration, and the practical and technical elements of the theatre.
